Newport History - Clubhouse

I bet not everyone knows that the current clubhouse was not the original location for the NYC. In 1943 the club moved to the old Bird and Worms hotel (its current location to this day). The club had 36 Snipes in the fleet that year. Below is a peek at the old clubhouse.
